Estimated delivery dates are provided by Etsy to give you an idea of when to expect your order, but they aren't guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may take longer than estimated. Whilst I understand that postal delays are frustrating, I can't issue replacements for delayed orders until after the below timescales have passed:

We're required to allow 14 working days for delivery of UK orders (as per Royal Mail guidelines). If an order doesn't arrive within this timeframe, it's our shop policy to dispatch a replacement.

For EU and USA deliveries, this is 25 working days (as per Royal Mail guidelines). If an order doesn't arrive within these timescales, a replacement will be organised.

On the rare occasion that an order is damaged in transit, it’s our shop policy to organise a replacement. If your order doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Frequently asked questions

Faster Postage, Alternative Shipping Methods, and Cancellations.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before ordering. I'll confirm whether your request is possible. If you'd like to upgrade to Signed For, Tracked shipping or a specific courier, please contact me before ordering and i'll be happy to provide a quote.

CANCELLATIONS
I can accept cancellations within 1 hour of an order being placed, as per my shop policies.
Cancellation requests MUST be sent on Etsy / via Etsy Messages. As orders are processed promptly, we cannot accept cancellation requests that are sent via email or social media etc.

Has my parcel has been lost in the post?

Postal delays can be frustrating but please be patient if your order is a little late. If a parcel hasn't arrived within the timeframe given, I follow Royal Mail guidelines as to when a parcel is deemed to be lost.

For UK deliveries - Parcels will be considered lost 10 WORKING DAYS after the expected delivery date. At this point, I would issue a replacement or refund.

For EU deliveries - Parcels will be considered lost after 25 WORKING DAYS (20 working days after the estimated delivery date)

Please double check that the delivery address is correct. Incorrect addresses are a common cause of delays/returns. See below for help to locate a parcel.

If the tracking shows that an order has been delivered, unfortunately I can't offer a refund.

My order has been returned to sender

If an order is returned to me by Royal Mail (due to the address being incorrect, inaccessible, the addressee away or unknown, or because it is not collected from the sorting office etc.) I will be more than happy to reship the order to you.

However, I have to charge shipping again to send the parcel a second time. I will double check the delivery address with you before resending an order.

If an incorrect delivery address is given and the parcel is not returned to me, unfortunately I can't offer a refund/replacement.

Can you help with a custom, wholesale or bulk order?

Yes! Please contact me to discuss your requirements, I'll be happy to help. I can offer discounted pricing for large orders for weddings, events, businesses etc. Subject to MOQ's.

If you'd like a business logo/design or a company name printing on any item/s as a business gift, client gift, for employees or new starters etc. please get in touch.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

How should I care for my item?

Foil printed lettering should last a very long time but certain substances can damage the foil, as can heavy use. I recommend keeping your item away from any chemicals and substances that may damage the foil (E.g. alcohol hand sanitisers, cleaning products).

If a leather item is used heavily, frequent rubbing and friction can start to wear away at the foil over time. For keyrings that will be heavily used, you may want to consider my real leather rather than recycled leather.

Is there anything you can't do / print?

It's my store policy not to print any swear words/obscene language on any of my items.

I cannot print;
• Accented characters
• Special Symbols (stars, emojis...)
• Several of the same character (E.g. xxxx)

The majority of my items are personalised with UPPERCASE/CAPITAL letters, we don't use lowercase font sets (with the exception of 18pt for notecards).

If you'd like to ask for anything specific (E.g. different print colour) or tell me anything (E.g. a delivery safe place) feel free to contact me via Etsy messages or add a note to your order.

Please note, all of my keyrings have a silver split ring, I can't currently offer other colours.

I have a character limit for each item, please check the individual item for details.

How long does EU / USA shipping take?

The delivery aim for orders shipped to the EU is 3-7 working days but this is NOT guaranteed. The majority of EU orders arrive within 14 working days.

If you are ordering from the EU or USA, we need to allow up to 25 working days for your order to be delivered (as per Royal Mail guidelines) before the item can be considered lost.

Please plan for this timing when placing your order as international delivery and customs clearance can be slow.

Please note that while most orders shipped to the EU are arriving fairly quickly, some postal and customs delays are occurring due to new customs processes and Covid-19 impacts.

I haven't received my order / How long does UK shipping take?

The delivery aim for standard shipping is 2-3 working days but this is NOT guaranteed. At the checkout, you can upgrade UK orders to a faster shipping method: 1st Class post or Tracked24.

If you'd like an urgent order sending via Special Delivery post or need an order by a specific date, please contact me before ordering.

If you are unable to locate your delivery, please check:

• With any other occupants at the delivery address to see if they accepted the delivery or picked up the mail
• Any mailboxes/post boxes
• In any designated safe places
• If the item was sent to a work address, please check with the post room/reception and any colleagues

Gift wrapping and packaging

All gift orders are neatly wrapped in branded tissue paper and ready to gift. Keyrings are packed in personalised Navy packets.

Gift notes (if written) are downloaded & printed in the standard Etsy format, unless stated otherwise on the listing. Please note that emoji's/special symbols are not supported in Etsy gift messages.

Bulk/Wholesale orders are packed carefully for safe transit. Please let me know if you have specific packaging requirements for a bulk or wholesale order.
